Mr. X’s Shiggidy Shack is the heart of Frigate Bay nightlife and the true meaning of “Time Well Wasted.” Karaoke Saturdays, trivia Wednesdays, and Thursday night bands (with the famous fire dancer in high season) keep the beach buzzing. Sprat Net Bar & Grill
Sprat Net Bar & Grill is a family-run favorite at the entrance to Old Road, open only on Wednesdays and Fridays. Their motto says it all: “WE ONLY EAT THE ONES WE CATCH.” Fresh fish, lobster, ribs, and chicken hit the grill while you watch, served picnic-style with corn, potatoes, rolls, and Johnny Cake. Add cheap drinks, live bands, and some of the best sunsets on the island, and you’ve got old-school Caribbean flavor at its best.
